Clanspread Help/FAQ

What is Clanspread?

Clanspread is a online community that focuses on clans and recruitment as well as general game discussion. Here you will find clans from different systems, different games and also different parts of the world. If you have been playing alone and want to find a clan to fit your style of playing, this is the site for you.

Do I need to sign up?

If you want to post on the forum, you need to register on the site. But you can search for clans on the site and see information about the clans. Registering on the site is free and simple. Just click register on the main page, fill out the small form, confirm the email and your ready to post!

How do I post?

Posting is simple. Go to the forums and find the correct category. To stop the forums getting clogged up, check if someone else has already posted your idea/question. If not, then simply click start new thread. Enter a title and then the main body of the thread and wait for the replies!

What is the 5 post rule?

Clanspread asks you to post 5 times on the site anywhere except Clan recruitment, Clan matches and advertising. After you have reached 5 posts, you can post any where and begin to advertise you clan and gather some new members together.

What are the requirements for a job here?

We ask that you only apply for a job if you are serious and are willing to help out. You must have 20 posts in the forums to apply. Submit a application in the Apply for a job forum and wait for sKILLz (site admin) to reply. All the information about what types of jobs are available is in that forum.

How and why should I list my clan?

Listing a clan simply means you put your clan information into our directory so people can find out more about you and so you can get more recruitments. Listing your clan couldn’t be simpler (again, it’s a fairly simple site). Click list your clan on the top bar and fill out the form with all the correct information. Finish off by clicking send.

What do the Moderators do?

The moderators on this site are here to make sure everything runs smooth. They are here to help you and also make sure no 11 year old kids start acting like they own the site. You can apply to be moderator at the apply for jobs thread. If you have a problem, try posting it in the forum first, but if there are no replies, send a private message to one the moderators.
